Abstract: The article presents a discussion of women slavery, rights, and racism, adapted from the book "About Canada: Women's Rights" by Penni Mitchell. Topics discussed include the social aspects of slavery, the contributions of abolitionists Mary and Henry Bibb to end up slavery and promote the women's right, and the participation of women in public affairs.
