Abstract

The article discusses how stock ownership impacts which judges and U.S. Supreme Court justices hear legal cases involving publicly traded corporations in America as of 2015, and it mentions U.S. federal judicial recusal rules, as well as the nation's Supreme Court and the role of transparency in the law. The U.S. federal judicial process is examined, as well as blind trusts, judicial ethics, and the legal aspects of mutual funds. Disqualifications of judges are also assessed.
