Abstract

Descriptions and illustrations of Ceresa atlantica sp. nov. are presented. This new species is closely related to C. fasciatithorax Remes-Lenicov, 1973, and it has been found causing damage to soy culture in the Brazilian Northeast. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
