Abstract
- Investigates the kringle domain of urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA) for anti-angiogenic activity and a possible cellular mechanism of action. Important role played by uPA in inflammation, tissue remodeling, angiogenesis and tumor metastasis; Mechanism for the occurrence of the anti-angiogenic activity.
