Abstract: Investigates the influence of L-Carnitine (LCAR) on the various properties of the glucocorticoid receptor (GR), including binding capacity and affinity, intracellular trafficking and transcriptional and biologic activities. Examination on the ability of LCAR to influence cell trafficking of GRα; Discussion on the stimulation of the transcriptional activity of GRα by LCAR; Conclusions.
