- Reports that in August 1998 the Moscow Court of Arbitration in Russia has declared illegal the registration of the Pravda close-type joint-stock company, founder of the newspaper `Pravda-5.' Response of Pravda's staff to the ruling; Comments by deputy editor in chief of Pravda, Vadim Gorshenin; Evidence that the publisher of the newspaper, Greek businessman Giannis Giannikos, disappeared in July 1998.
