Abstract

The article presents a case study of postoperative early standard and sequential nutritional support in gastroesophagel anastomtic fistula treatment in a 46-year-old woman. The patient complained of repeated belching for two months and black stool,with a soft tissue density masses in the esophagus and gastric cardia revealed through abdominal computed tomography (CT) with gastric reconstruction images. Treatment includes fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, and anti acid and antibiotics.
