Abstract
- The article offers views of Arkansas Farm Service Agency's agricultural program specialist Anita Wilson, at the University of Arkansas Extension Service's Farm Bill Webinar series, on the need for farmers to enroll in Price Loss Coverage (PLC) or Agricultural Risk Coverage (ARC) programs under the U.S. Agricultural Act by September 30, 2015 to avoid a delay in payments. Wilson discusses process for determining farmer yields for ARC and PLC coverage, and challenges in farm bill implementation.
