Abstract

The article discusses the efforts of the Disability Action Group (DAG) to promote disability diversity at the U.S. Department of State. The group advocates, educates and assists employees with disabilities to recognize their rights and receive assistance. The DAG also participates in discussions regarding the issues on accommodation and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
