Abstract
- The article presents an analysis of the Defence Review approved by the South African Cabinet in March 17, 2014. Topics disucssed include a paper by the Institute for Security Studies (ISS) regarding the need to invest in its military South Africa, the National Development Plan 2030, and depletion of ammunition stocks by South African Army. It also highlights about a strategic communication intervention by the U.S. Department of Defence.
