Abstract
- The article announces that the American Psychological Association (A.P.A.) wants to introduce an ethics policy that would prohibit psychologists from participating in any national security interrogations. The author explores how this would impact the U.S. government's ability to interrogate terrorist suspects and examines an investigation into the prior participation of psychologists in interrogation programs organized by the Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) and Department of Defense.
