Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 10-year-old male who was presented with highâ€'grade fever, loss of appetite and generalized weakness and was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia where numerous polymorphs showed presence of Auer rods. Topics include presence of submandibular lymph node noted from physical examination, smear examination showing blasts, some of which contained Auer rods, and presence of Auer rods associated with a good prognosis.
