The article discusses the U.S. philanthropists Edythe Broad and Eli Broad's donation of their art collection to their art museum known as the Broad in Los Angeles (L.A.), California, to open on September 20, 2015. An overview of the efforts to design the Broad museum, including the Broad couple's involvement with hiring the architect Frank Gehry for the project, is provided.
