Abstract
- The article offers information on several F-35 test aircraft developed at the Edwards Air Force base (AFB) in California. It discusses functions of several test aircrafts including F-35 AF-1, F-35 AF-2 and F-35 C-3. It informs that AF-1 is used for testing of weapons, external weapon stores and flutter whereas AF-2 is used for testing of buffet, loads and high-angle-of-attacks. It mentions C-3 is an aircraft from NAS (Naval Air Station) Patuxent River, Maryland.
