Abstract
- The article reports on the move of the U.S. Air Force to reassess the bids from defense contractors to build a next-generation air defense radar system. The defense contractors include Raytheon Co., Northrop Grumman Corp.. and Lockheed Martin. Program manager Kevin Sellers agrees to reopen the source selection and negotiation based on technical evaluation and pricing analysis.
