Abstract
- The article discusses the move of the U.S. Air Force to consider three missions for national security space launches after SpaceX agreed to drop its lawsuit. SpaceX earlier claimed that its Falcon 9 was unfairly shut out of the competitive launches to the United Launch Alliance LLC (ULA). The ULA is a merger to manufacture Atlas V and Delta IV vehicle fleets by Lockheed Martin and Boeing Co.
