- The article reports that U.S. Air Force officials are confident that they have done the right thing by proposing to replace the T-38 advanced pilot trainer. Dawn Dunlop, director of requirements, plans and programs for Air Education and Training Command (AETC), says that the proposal has sparked enough competition to drive cost for the system down.
