Abstract

The article focuses on the political and governmental issues in Timor-Leste in 2014. Topics discussed include Prime Minister José Alexandre Gusmão's intention to resign from his office, renewal of national leadership, and corruption cases of government officials. Information regarding the 2015 budget in the country is also provided.
