Abstract

The article describes the case of a 63-year-old postmenopausal woman who was presented for treatment for female stress urinary incontinence. Surgery to release the vaginal obliteration was proposed but the patient refused due to bowel and bladder complications and lack of vaginal intercourse. The exposure of mesh from the incision of the patient's previous midurethral operation for stress urinary incontinence may have caused the occlusion of the patient's vaginal wall.
