Abstract
- The article discusses the campaign of 2016 U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump in relation to U.S. mass media. Topics include the legacy of comedian Jon Stewart in relation to American political satire, media reaction to claims by U.S. President Barack Obama regarding a multinational Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action regarding Iran's nuclear weapons program, and a summer 2015 U.S. Republican Party primary presidential debate by the television network Fox News.
