Abstract
- The Cover shows a hierarchically structured MnO2‐Co/C nanocomposite developed as a magnetically recoverable catalyst for the aerobic oxidation of alcohols. In their Communication, Zhi et al. demonstrate that these hybrid systems offer high catalytic activity, outperforming traditional oxidation systems using MnO2 as oxidant and rivalling the activity of Pd‐based catalysts, in addition to convenient separation by external magnets and excellent recyclability.
