Abstract

The article presents a case study of 65-year-old woman with unwanted pigmented lesions on the face for 10 years, with a history of kidney transplantation 15 years before for treatment of idiopathic renal failure and was on low-dose prednisone, mycophenolate mofetil, cyclosporine and diltiazem. The patient undergone laser surgery using Q-switched alexandrite laser resulting to the darkening of skin colored camouflage tattoo, which was corrected using carbon dioxide laser surgery.
