Eculizumab in Pregnant Patients with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria.

The article discusses a study into the safety and efficacy of the drug eculizumab in pregnant women with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). The birth and developmental records of children born and adverse events in mothers with PNH were assessed under the study.
