- An essay discusses the philosophical exchange between philosophers Richard Rorty and Richard Bernstein is presented. It mentioned Bernstein's critique of Rorty's Cartesian Anxiety. It further discussed Bernstein's pragmatic fallibilist to channel the poetic imagination of the liberal ironist into avenues where democrats can put them to the test.
