Abstract
- Thefirst copper-catalyzed enantioselective propargylation of trialkylmethantricarboxylate with propargylic alcohol derivatives was developed.The tricarboxylate unit in the obtained adducts could be easily transformedinto a malonate moiety by treating with in situgeneratedNaOEt in excellent yield without racemization.
