Asymptotic stability of solutions to a class of linear time-delay systems with periodic coefficients and a large parameter.

A class of linear time-delay systems with periodic coefficients and a large parameter is studied. We establish conditions under which the zero solution is asymptotically stable. This result allows us to study the asymptotic stability of the zero solution to the time-delay systems without spectral methods and Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
