Ergonomics is rooted in the genes of the Renault group for more than 40 years, either during design phase in vehicle projects or within industrial sites. However, it is important to reaffirm to our decision makers, in plant or in project, the significant contribution of ergonomics. First, we will present how we enhance ergonomics in plant and in project. We will explain in a second time the procedures and processes that have been put in place to ensure that performance is also consistent with the improvement of working conditions.
