The aim of this paper is the presentation, description and analysis of an unknown autograph manuscript of Ramón del Valle-Inclán. This manuscript has been preserved in the archives of the Valle-Inclán Alsina family. Entitled 'La Real Falúa', it belongs to the unfinished historical narrative series El Ruedo Ibérico. This paper attempts to clarify its position in the narrative plan sketched by the writer and explain the working phases of this draft, something that could shed light on the complex genesis of the series.
