Abstract

The article focuses on Indigenous resistance of Canadian youth in the Idle No More movement against Canadian laws such as Jobs, Growth, and Long-Term Prosperity Act and Jobs and Growth Act. Topics include modifications to the sections of the Canadian constitution, cultural sovereignty, and Canadian environmental issues and Native rights. Also discussed is the importance of education in Canada.
