Confessio im Konflikt. Religiöse Selbst- und Fremdwahrnehmung im 17. Jahrhundert (DFG-Netzwerktagung).

The article presents a report from an August 26-28, 2015 religious history conference in Rome, Italy of the Confessio im Konflikt research society and the Deutsches Historisches Institut Rom historical institute, the University of Stuttgart, Germany and the Bergische Universität Wuppertal university. Topics of presentations delivered included the portrayal of Turkish people in the propaganda of the Lutheran church, the theological perception of Cartesianism in the Netherlands, and self-perception of Romans during the Great Turkish War of 1683 to 1699.
