Abstract

The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to hear the case "Whole Woman’s Health v. Cole" involving Texas's law limiting access to abortion clinics in the state. An overview of the Texas attorney general Ken Paxton's perspective on the case, including in regard to the relationship between abortion industry and women's health, is provided.
