Purification and Spectroscopic Elucidation of a New Coumarin Glucoside in Fraxinus velutina Heartwood.

A new natural compound, esculetin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), along with two known flavonoids, quercetin (2) and kaempferol-3-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), was purified from the heartwood of Fraxinus velutina.
