Abstract
- The article discusses a study that assesses the impact of a whole-of-school health promotion program targeting healthy eating and physical activity on physical fitness levels, physical activity-related knowledge, attitudes and behavior of primary school children. Study highlights include low intensity intervention in South African primary school settings, information on HealthKick intervention program, and descriptive baseline anthropometric and fitness level data stratified by sex.
