Abstract
- The article offers information on the reverse osmosis (RO) facility at the Slovnaft oil refinery owned by petrochemical company, located in Slovakia which is considered at the largest surface water treatment plants in Eastern Europe. Topics discussed include production of a broad range of petrochemical raw, involvement of company in filtering water from the Danube river to supply boiler feed water and economics and operation of the RO modules.
