Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 71-year-old female patient with a right-sided congenital hip dysplasia who developed femoral nerve injury after the nephrectomy surgery. The patient experiences numbness, tingling and burning pain in the right thigh and muscle weakness. It is suggested that early physical therapy improves the quadriceps muscle weakness within six months.
