Abstract
- The article discusses cases of medication errors. Topics discussed include a pharmacy technician's mistake of restocking an automated dispensing cabinet with the alpha adrenergic receptor agonist Vazculep instead of the cholinesterase inhibitor Bloxiverz, an error in the dosage of oral methotrexate for rheumatoid arthritis, and tips for avoiding medication errors.
