Abstract
- The article features chemical engineer Harold Booker and discusses his struggle to fight for civil rights. He was born in Spring, Texas, in 1933, and received his undergraduate education at Wiley College of Marshal, Texas. In 1955, he received his master's degree in organic chemistry at the University of Washington in 1955. His experiences of racism are discussed.
