- The article shares the authors' insights on what is driving a record growth for mergers & acquisitions (M&A) in 2015. They discuss the condition of M&A activity in Israel, as well as the trends and developments. They state that the main driver for M&A activity in the country remains the high technology industry, as Israeli government spends more on research and development.
