Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Electrochemical Properties of A New 2D Network Containing Linear {ε-HPMoMoOZn} Inorganic Chain.

A new 2D network formulated as [TBA][HPMoMoOZn][CH(COO)] ( 1) containing linear inorganic chain {ε-HPMoMoOZn} has been synthesized and structurally characterized by FT-IR, thermal analysis, single crystal and powder X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 shows remarkable electrocatalytic activity towards bromate reduction, nitrite reduction and ascorbic acid oxidation.
