Abstract

The article talks about U.S. Air Force's X-37B mini-shuttle dealing with launch of the space plane in 2010, the flights it has completed, and the technologies tested on the flight. Topics include the role of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in the project, space plane X-37B's design specifications and modifications, and placement of reconnaissance satellites. Also mentioned is the effects of Hall effect thrusters in the airplane.
