Abstract
- The article examines the link between kinesiophobia and physical activity and the gender effect on these relations in individuals with chronic neck pain. Topics discussed include assessment of pain intensity with Visual Analog Scale and determination of kinesiophobia degree by utilizing the Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia. Low physical activity levels in women and the lack of a statistical correlation between neck pain intensity and kinesiophobia degree and physical activity level are mentioned.
