Abstract: The analgesic activities of nanoaerosols of the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs indomethacin, butadion, and diclofenac were studied. It was found that nanoaerosol delivery of these drugs gave analgesic activities that were comparable to those of oral delivery 5 - 8 min after administration at doses that were 3 - 5 orders of magnitude lower.
