Abstract
- A new strategy was proposed for amplifying and sequencing GII.4 norovirus genomes directly. A set of primer pairs was rationally designed, which amplified 6 overlapping fragments encompassing the whole genome. The sensitivity of new primers was comparable to that of detection primers, and 10 viral genome sequences were successfully obtained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
