Reports that Jan C. July, commanding general of Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, California has been a guest of honor and principal speaker at the 27th annual Military Women of Achievement. Presentation of the awards to Navy, Cost Guard and Marine Corps officers; Efforts of the San Diego County Women's Council and National University in donating scholarships to each of the award winners; Certificate of appreciation from U.S. Representative Randy Cunningham (R-Calif.) and Assemblyman Jay LaSuer.
