Abstract
- The article reports on the frustration of coastal communities in Delta and Bayelsa state in Nigeria on February 14, 2016 at a Shell Petroleum Development Co. (Shell) crude oil loading platform in Forcados. Information on the completion of a Joint Investigation Visit (JIV) is mentioned but further investigation is underway. While a militant group is claiming responsibility for sabotaging the pipeline.
