Abstract

The article offers suggestion for 20s, 30s and older age women to stay slim. Topics discussed include suggestions for 30s such as not to eat for two people while pregnancy and selection of latte which contain low calories; advice for 40s to stick to workout routine during fluctuations of progesterone and estrogen associated with perimenopause and alcohol diet advice for 20s such as consumption of ultra-low-carbohydrate beer.
