The research article analyzes the new conceptions of techniques and methodology of the research from the new information and communication technologies in the training of researchers in social sciences as in conducting research projects. The technological transformations that have experienced the process of collecting and research of historical memory are identified, changing pedagogical practices in the teaching of social sciences, the causes of prevention and resilience of researchers associated with the "New History" to use innovations and mediations promoted with the use of the informatics technologies and techniques.
