The article evaluates drugs approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as of April 2016 including sacubtril/valsartan or Entresto from Novartis for heart failure (HF), ivabradine hydrochloride or Corlanor from Amgen from HF, and naloxegol oxalate or Movantik from Astra-Zeneca for opioid-induced constipation.
