The article presents comment on the study that analyzes epigenetic data such as transcription factor occupancy, histone modifications, and chromatin interaction frequencies in a cell line model of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs). Details of the study that consider an analogy of gene expression being a song or symphony played by musicians are mentioned. The result of the study indicates that the model offers basis for consolidating information about regulatory complexes is offered.
