Abstract
- Neurological problems that may occur in lung cancer are caused by both the cancer and treatment to be applied. Intracranial and extracranial nervous system metastases, cerebrovascular diseases, paraneoplastic neurologic disorders and treatment-induced peripheral and central nervous system diseases can be observed during diagnosis and treatment. The most common neurological problems of lung cancer are intracranial brain metastases. Making early diagnosis and administering treatment by considering the neurological symptoms in follow-up patients are important for both in terms of long-term preservation of neurological function of the patients and to provide longer survival.
